The one in Chico is good. I've been to some Pandas that were mediocre, but the one here in Chico always has fresh food that tastes good. My favorite is the chicken teriyaki and sweetfire chicken.
Rating 2 stars because of the service, The food is nothing to write home about, but it is quick in and out and close to work to be able to get back in time before my lunch ends and see it as a cheap better alternative than the other fast food restaurants in the area.
Good food. Orange chicken is always good. I like the coconut shrimp also. Get 50/50 fried rice and chow mien for more variety. Y'all been here before, then you know what's up.
That being said, the reason for 2 stars is because either their staff in the drive through doesn't care about their customers, or just don't care what their customers are asking for. Considering I eat here 2 out of 5 days a week and sometimes on the weekend for dinner, you would think that when you order chopsticks, that they would provide them right? Wrong. I've gotten chopsticks with my order only once out of the last 10 times I have ordered them and is becoming very frustrating that I have now resorted to asking twice and double checking with the drive-thru attendant, only to pull up to the window to find no chopsticks with my order and then have to hold up the line and wait for them to come back....just to give me the chopsticks I had already asked for twice.
The food is great , hot, but it seemed like the stay portions are smaller than the to go portions.
I like panda express, but a couple of things keep me from loving them. It's the fact that they make the plates like they're personally paying for the meat. The they make fresh sides or entree and dump the older ones right on top. Other than that they're pretty good, there's a long wait.
