My overall experience at this store was pretty poor. The associates were kind enough, but their knowledge was minimal. I went in with a verizon phone that I wanted to use on my AT&T plan. I had done a small amount of research before going in, enough to know that the verizon device I had (galaxy s5), was fully unlocked from the factory. Well I went in and was issued a new sim card registered to the device. He then did some basic testing makings sure the calling was working. Next he tested the data where he found my data wasnt working. He told me all I had to do was call their technical support and they would help me. Well I called the support and they were of little to no help 30 min later told me I need to 'fully' unlock my phone and to call verizon. I called verizon and found out sure enough my phone IS fully unlocked. And like I read online was fully unlocked from the factory. I went into the att store again while i was on the phone with yet another att technical rep. The associate in the store told me to hang up on the technical rep and to just get my phone fully unlocked before I could get it working. Well out of frustration and the fact that I had wasted hours of my day I gave up on the device for the day. Woke up this morning and turned to the all powerful google to fix my issue. Within 1 search, and a few min I found the APN settings required to get data working (this was what I NEEDED to call att technical support for). ALL THE ASSOCIATE HAD TO DO WAS GOOGLE THESE SETTINGS. why he was so lazy he directed me to phone support, well that was a poor choice. He could have learned something provided better support and saved me half a day of struggle. Usually I am the kind of person to try and figure it out on my self first but knew I at least needed a new sim card and thought that a trip in would save me some time and trouble. Well I learned. Very poor experience.
Excellent knowledgeable staff. Might have a wait because sometimes there's not enough staff. Easy to get to location.

The speed of the DSL is poor, and at&t saying they can't fix the internet in rural areas is complete bullsh*t. The phone service is okay, but we've been having problems with our DSL because it's never been fixed. We've tried dish and they said it was unavailable in our region(which is northern California). We also tried digital path and they said they couldn't get good signal when the guy came out to change internet. A couple weeks later, we went down to the verizon store to get a verizon 4G jetpack(which was our only choice), but it has limited data but at least it is way better than AT&T. We could hardley even get a webpage to load because of you guys. We've been having trouble with our "digital school stuff." We've contacted at&t about this on twitter and they said they can't fix it. AT&T PLEASE FIX THIS!!!!!!!
