Found just what I was looking for. It's was also reasonable prices. The staff were very helpful.
The store is great. It's like a tech guys playground. It's almost impossible to go around the store without someone asking you if you need help which is great. The one thing I have to complain about is the people who helped me in the store were not very knowledgeable about the technical question. Most of the stuff they were telling me was shown on the tag or could be looked up with a quick Google search. I wish the people in the store had more hands on experience with the products that way they could answer more technical questions.
Been many years since I have been in the store. I am very impressed now with the customer service available. I will go back. and they are making a serious effort to be competitive with online vendors through their rewards program.
The place has gotten better in the last couple years my main complaint is that they rarely have a selection of things I’m searching for. I’m into photography and computers. I just recently went to buy a hard drive and they had 3 different choices. They were all close to being the same. Same thing when I have tried to buy photography stuff. Lens’, cameras, memory cards, tripods. It’s all the most basic stuff, nothing for people that are into the hobbies or products. They have employees to help you out, but they hang out in groups rather than spreading out to actually help customers. 48 employees walking around on the floor, but the only two you will hear from are the greeter at the door and the one at the register. They could save some money on employees and put that towards stocking a wider selection of products. Also, label aisles to help customers know where stuff is, if you’re not going to have employees help customers. I get this is probably a ploy to have customers spend more time browsing and creating impulse buys, but it’s annoying when I want to get in and out in a hurry.
Horrendous phone service. I spent nearly 45 min on the phone trying to talk to someone. Phone call was put on hold, and then dropped SEVEN times!!! Come to find out they switched to a phone routing service last year, hence the problems. Then, once I finally did speak to someone, the didnt honor the pricematching they promised. Probably won't shop there again.
