Calling Eagle about their services, I spoke to a representative named Brian Jones. He made me feel very comfortable about the various questions I inquired about. Sometimes I asked the same questions twice, but he patiently gave me the information again. Besides my business and residential needs, he also gave me insight on alarm concerns I have for my parents home. As a business owner, I appreciated the time he gave me and the patience of my learning curve regarding the business he represents. It was an added bonus that they are locally owned and operated.
