This place has the worst customer service and return policy. I'm a combat vet who tooks some hard earned money and bought a gaming system. After returning it twice for blue screens, I finally had enough and asked for my money back. I was told they would not refund my money. Small Claims here I come. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE

Have been a customer of this store since 2001, when I had them build my first custom computer. It still runs great and I've had them build two more since. Parts do get worn out, so I've had them do repairs for me, as well as upgrades, and have never been disappointed. As Dahlia said, they can always tell me what is going on with my computer if I call to ask, and they let me know promptly when the work is done. I've referred others to them, and those people have also been well satisfied. I consider them a very trustworthy shop.
