These guys told me they'd be able to tell me what was wrong with my system within 3 days, which is what I needed. Three days go by, nothing, and then 2 more, and when I go in to take my computer back, they tell me I have to pay the diagnostic fee anyway before I get my system back, because they already did "some" of the diagnostics. Unbelievable. I have a very nice disposition so I was totally thrown off and paid the guy the money. I understand he manages the location. Take your business elsewhere.
