Left message and received a prompt return call. While discuss the issue with my TV they explained some options to see if I could resolve myself. With their help I was able to rectify problem. Very refreshing to have a company that is willing to help you out rater then just try and sell you a house call. Next time I have an issue with my TV they will certainly use them.
I moved recently, and was unable to get my TV to work properly. The sound was very distorted, and I could not get sound and video at the same time. I took in my TV, and the owner, Steve, looked at it and said that I had the wrong cord. I had already spent 2 hours on the phone with JVC and Comcast, but got nowhere. He told me to bring another cord, and described it. He did not charge me anything for his time. Next time I have a problem with an electronic device, I know where I am going!
