This is where I got my first T-Mobile phone. I love it customer service is great here. I highly recommend coming here instead of the mall. You'll get better service.
Worst customer service system. The guys working there are nice and helpful but...
Corporate has them all tied up in red tape and my experience is bad really bad
Exceptional service. They care about you. Bruce, the supervisor, knows how to solve any problem, diligently and courteously. His team is wonderful, not pushing for sale but for helping you. Bravo T-Mobile at Mangrove.

Terrible customer service. The young lady that was 'helping' me was very rude, pushy, and un-helpful. It was only me and three employees in the store, but the employees were too busy messing with the in-store music and their headphone necklace things. My issue with a broken phone was not even close to be resolved, complete waste of time at that store.
