I brought my car in for a nasty front wheel issue. I didn't even know just how serious it was. I was explained the issues clearly, and when another problem was found later they insisted on picking me up and driving me there so I can see it firsthand and ask any questions I had. Now my car rides smoother than I ever thought it could. It's like driving on air! Above all, they made sure my family is safe. I'm blown away.

After a handful of subpar experiences with mechanics in Chico, I still found myself looking for the right place to go. A friend of mine, whose family has been in the BMW motorcycle business for generations, recommended I see Jeff at A&T Auto Care.
The first time I went in to get an estimate for a new air conditioner for my 04' Honda. I called for second and third estimates from other top rated mechanics. When I told them my first estimate was from Jeff they said no need to go anywhere else. They said Jeff was an amazing mechanic with great prices and totally trustworthy. When your peers and competition have nothing but praise for you, you know you're doing something RIGHT.

RV was due for a smog. Made the appointment and arrived on that date and they were able to get right to work. One thing that stuck in my mind, as I was leaving I heard him say to his employees: "drink lots of water, it's hot and you don't want to wait until you're thirsty!" I thought that was very considerate of an employer and says a lot about his work ethic! Recommend this business for all your smog needs and it appears he also performs vehicle maintenance as well.
