Tod George is very professional and knowledgeable. We are very happy with the Toyota Tacoma. It has many bells and whistles on it and Tod took the time to go through and learn about our new vehicle. I would recommend using New Auto's Inc. This is our second new vehicle we have purchased in the last five years. We did some comparison shopping and found that Tod was very honest and forthright.
We bought a 2 year old car from out of state, and sight unseen, paid for it a week before it arrived. Bernie said he would stand behind it's condition and quality. The car was just as we hoped, in excellent condition. His service was without a hitch. I doubt there is an easier way to buy a car and at a good price.
Purchasing a new car can be a daunting task! Especially at dealerships where the process is frequently frustrating and intimidating. Not so at New Autos, Inc! I simply walked into the showroom with a list explaining exactly what I wanted in a new or used Ford F-150 pickup. Tony wrote down my requirements and began researching his sources. Within a day he found a couple of trucks that fit my needs. He assisted with finding great financing, expediting the paperwork and delivering the truck in two days as promised. There were no attempts at “upselling” and no recommendations regarding options or other enticements. The price was very fair and no “bargaining” was involved. This is the best car buying experience I’ve ever had!

The only reason this is four stars instead of five is that when our car did not arrive on the scheduled day, I did not receive a phone call. I contacted Ken the next day to ask whether the car had arrived, and it turned out the car was delayed several days due to an issue at the dealership that was selling it. It would have been nice to receive a phone call or email letting me know, since we were planning to pick up the new car "within 24 to 48 hours" as we were told by New Autos Inc.
By going through New Autos Inc, we were able to get a 2014 Toyota Prius V for a lower price than any of the other dealerships in town, without any haggling. Ken was a nice guy who answered any questions I had. Two days after I turned in the car we traded in, I realized that I left a CD in the CD player, so Ken went and got it for me and had it waiting on his desk when I came to pick it up.
