Dont ever go here! They swore theyd get us financed and "did". I had told them we had a current loan on another vehicle and he said it was fine no problem for us, bob was extremely unprofessional eating, taking calls, calling 3 other people in to do paperwork, talking to other customers, while we were trying trying to sign papers and ask questions. We got to take the car home that day but he called us back two different times for more paperwork the bank needed. Hed call late at night on weekends to ask questions and continuously badger us about the bank. And all of a sudden we cant be financed because of our truck loan after he said it was fine and TOLD US TO GET RID OF OUR TRUCK! The whole point was to have two cars. He was extremely rude on the phone arguing telling me im a liar i never told him about the truck. Now today almost. A month later i have to take my car back because we were denied! I am overly livid and very very displeased!
side note to all the negative reviews: When getting a Used vehicle, inspect it, if you know nothing about cars. Get it inspected. its a no brainer. not every used car will have been pampered its whole life and most people dont realize when they come to a lot like this, they will have wear and tear. dont be stupid and buy the sleekest car without popping the hood. and don't expect to get approved to finance if your credit score is under 500. do your research, do your inspections, and you'll have a reliable vehicle for years to come.

This place is great My husband just got me an SUV and these people really helped us out in every way posible....we were able to take home that SUV that same day, this car had low mileage, clean inside and out almost new i was very surprised and this car runs great so thank you Chico Top Imports.
I got a car from here, a few months after getting the car it started having problems. I went back of course no help was offered in even trying to fix it. Now it going to cost a lot to fix and one thing after another is going out on it. So I'm sure that soon I'll be paying on a car that I cant get fixed or smogged after only a year. I would recommend you shop somewhere else. Or if like me couldn't take the car your interested in to a mechanic to be check out first. Save yourself the $9,000 on the car and whatever it's going to cost to fix it. I put $3000 down with my loan of $6000 and right now I'm looking at over $2000 to fix it.
