I didn't exactly expect to leave with a car...or maybe I did. I went there and I wanted a new car. I have been to car dealerships before. Anyway I think I got a pretty good deal and so far I'm very happy.
The worst experience I have ever had trying to buy a car. They said they had the car I wanted 3 times, when actuality they did not. They called me at 5:30 the night before I was suppose to sign the papers to say they could not get the car. They lied, and deceived us. My family has bought every car we have owned from them and I would have expected some honesty, but we will never buy a car from them again. Be careful if you are thinking of buying a car from them.
My finance and I where extremely interested in a 2006 vehicle they have on the lot. We can in to test drive it and fell in love. We have a great income and his credit score is 799. So we qualified but only for a $30,000 vehicle, not the 2006. I couldnt believe it! So why have the 2006 if its not available to finance? I believe it was a scam to get us in the door! Im truly disappointed with Chuck Patterson. Don't advertise the car if you don't plan on selling it!
We went to just "look" at a new car for my wife and the deals were just to good to pass up. Everyone we dealt with so nice and we left with a beautiful new rav4 that we absolutely love. Miguel, Robbie, Leon and Jamie all took great care of us. Thanks Chuck Patterson!!!
