This review is in regards to the Chevrolet service department. I took my car here after several bad experiences at other dealers. The service department was friendly, understanding, and took care of the warranty repair. They even took the time afterwards to thoroughly explain all that was done to my car.
Horrible people,very rude
Used to be super satisfied, now they are just trying to take me for every penny. Need to find new trustworthy mechanic
Worst experience I have ever had purchasing anything. Purchased a vechile there, took them 12 days to realize they forgot to smog the truck. In the meantime it had already been in the shop for repairs. It took three times to pass smog and has been in the shop three times for loss of engine power and a whopping max speed of 5 to 15mph. Mike the service manager is horrible to deal with. He has been caught in multiple lies and back tracks when he misspeaks about something. He does not follow through on all he says and though he says we will make it right has failed to do so. I would never recommend purchasing anything there. They sold me a lemon, went against CA law and DMV codes requiring all vechile to be smogged before being sold and have the worst customer service imaginable. I would drive a little further to a different dealer.
